- Shipped via UPS store (Franklin, TN). UPS store are professional packers so the shipment is insured.
- All shipments are standard ground, unless other requested. Ground typically 5-6 business days to receive.
- A tracking number will be provided.
- Must sign for delivery – I won’t leave a painting on a front porch due to rain, snow, and curious dogs…
Damaged Shipping Return Policy
- IF shipping damage occurs: UPS requires that all original shipping container/packing be kept for their inspection.
- Please immediately notify/email photo of the damaged item: email@example.com.
- A refund will be issued if UPS concurs damage was due to their packing or shipping failure.
- The damaged item will be returned to artist via UPS.
- Refund issued for Art/Shipping costs once piece has been received by artist.
- All paintings are returnable within 30 day period from the date of receipt based on UPS delivery. Sometimes in-person varies from online view. It happens, I understand.
- Full refund will be given once painting is safely returned in same condition as sold.
- Buyer will pay for cost of shipping/insurance return.
- All artwork is signed and is copyrighted by the artist, Jay Holobach. Copyright for the work remains with the artist after the original piece is sold.
